PC Financials is a small firm. This site introduces the firm and publishes notes. Here's what gets collected and why.
Site analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless, EU-hosted, and does not track individuals across the web. It records aggregate pageviews, referrer, country, and device class. No personal data is collected; no consent banner is needed under GDPR or CCPA.
The contact form
When you submit a form on /contact, we receive your name, email, company name, message, and any UTM parameters carried by your visit. We use this only to reply to you and to attribute the request to its source. We store the submission in a Cloudflare D1 database and email it to info@pcfinancialsllc.com. We do not share it with third parties.
If you email us directly, we keep the thread for as long as it is useful to the engagement (or for as long as professional records retention requires, whichever is longer). We do not send marketing email from this address; there is no newsletter at launch.
Cookies
The site sets no first-party cookies. Plausible does not set cookies. If you visit a third-party page we link to (LinkedIn, for example), that site's own cookie policy applies.
Removal
Email info@pcfinancialsllc.com to ask us to delete any form submission, email thread, or engagement record we hold for you. We will confirm in writing within a week.
