We bring AI into a company's finance and operations, fix the systems around it, and run the back office end to end: monthly close, accrual books, board-ready reporting, 13-week cash, and the automations that keep the close on day-7 sign-off. We work with companies doing over $5M in revenue, whether the back office is broken or they just want it built right for where they're headed.
We're not a staffing agency, and not a bookkeeping shop with a CFO bolted on. We build the automation, and we run the back office it powers, as one operation.
A traditional firm adds people; we implement technology. The brittle seams — between a CRM and QBO, between processor exports and the bank, between a tax module and the GL — are where books go bad. We close them with AI we implement and custom fixes we own. The audit trail stays intact because the same firm that implemented the automation also runs the books it touches.

PC Financials is built on AI because of a hard lesson: for a small finance operation, throughput, not talent, is the bottleneck. Pin learned to build finance technology in tax at PwC, then in EY's Tax Technology & Transformation practice, before sitting in a CFO seat and seeing firsthand what bad books and useless reporting cost an operator.
When AI matured enough to supply the throughput, he rebuilt the firm around it. The technology isn't a side product; it's the reason the model works.
