Pin spent his early career in tax at PwC, then in EY's Tax Technology & Transformation practice, where he learned to implement the technology finance teams quietly run on. A decade of software engineering and automation sits behind the CPA license. He went on to sit in a CFO seat, where he saw from the inside what bad books and useless reporting cost an operator.
He built PC Financials around implementation because that's the version of the work that scales: one firm, the whole back office, the throughput handled by technology it owns. He writes a long-form note most months on implementing AI in the back office, the systems underneath it, and what a CPA will not hand to an agent.
